We are currently seeking a Talent Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team on a 1-year fixed contract. As part of our team, you will be responsible for recruiting top technical professionals for Veeam products.

**Your tasks will include**:

- Developing innovative sourcing strategies for various R&D positions such as Software Developers, DevOps, and Product Managers.
- Optimizing the talent pipeline to fulfill current and future R&D needs.
- Utilizing data-driven insights and AI to enhance sourcing techniques.

**What we expect from you**:

- Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer or Recruiter, preferably within the tech industry.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms.
- Strong analytical and time management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Creative mindset and natural curiosity.
- Sufficient proficiency in English to effectively communicate with international teams.
