**Job Description: Customer Support Associate**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with product or service information and address any issues or concerns.
- Provide solutions that enhance customer experience and foster loyalty.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of customer details.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate as needed.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic approach in all interactions.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and customer service best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and efficiently.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
