As a **Customer Support Representative**, you will play a vital role in assisting our team to enhance user satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include handling customer queries, facilitating user sign-ups, and managing dealer requests to ensure seamless service delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Guide potential users through the sign-up process and resolve any issues they encounter.
- Manage dealer requests, ensuring accurate and timely follow-up.
- Maintain and update customer records in our database.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and address common customer concerns.
- Provide feedback to improve the efficiency of customer service processes.
- Assist with ad hoc tasks and projects related to customer service operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Comfortable making calls and interacting with customers.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Add on to know MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools (preferred).
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Prompt and vigilant in addressing customer concerns and managing tasks.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
