**We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative for Recharge Support, with proficiency in Hindi & Marathi for Andheri (Marol) Location.**

As a Customer Service Representative in the Recharge Support team, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their recharge inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless recharge experience. Your role is crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to recharge transactions.
- Provide information on recharge plans, offers, and promotions.
- Ensure customer queries are handled efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous interactions.
- Document and report customer issues and feedback to the relevant departments.
- Stay updated with the latest recharge plans and service enhancements.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in Hindi & Marathi (Spoken) is mandatory.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
