Our team consists of highly focused and motivated professionals with extensive expertise in parking management. We specialise in preventing unauthorised parking across commercial properties, residential complexes, and other locations. Indus Parking Service manages the entire parking enforcement process efficiently and also provides operational support to Euro Parking Services.

We are looking for an enthusiast **Parking Tender and Proposal Executive** to join us, who can assist in the preparation, development, and submission of competitive bids and proposals for business opportunities, particularly within the UK market.

As a **Parking Tender and Proposal Executive**, your responsibilities will include:

- Identifying relevant tender opportunities across various platforms for private parking enforcement and management services (UK and India).
- Understanding client needs and tailoring proposals to meet their specific requirements.
- Working with internal teams to gather the necessary technical, financial, and operational information for bid submissions.
- Writing clear, compelling, and well-structured content for tenders and proposals.
- Ensuring that all submissions are in line with industry standards and client specifications.
- Maintaining a library of proposal templates, documents, and content for future use.
- Monitoring submission deadlines and ensure timely delivery of bids.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Strong written communication and editing abilities.
- Understanding of RFP/RFQ processes and documentation, particularly for UK public/private sector tenders.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Team collaboration and coordination skills

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Compliance, Legal Studies, English, or a related field is preferred.
- Up to 2 years of experience in tender writing, bid management, or proposal development, ideally for the UK market.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
