- Analyze tender documents (RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, etc.) to understand requirements and prepare compliance checklists.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., finance, legal, technical, procurement) to gather necessary inputs.
- Prepare and compile tender documentation, including commercial and technical proposals, as per client specifications.
- Ensure timely submission of tenders and maintain proper documentation and filing.
- Follow up on submitted tenders and track tender outcomes.
- Maintain a database of past tenders, pricing, and proposals for future reference.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders for clarifications and negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and government regulations.
- Assist in preparing post-tender documentation such as clarifications, presentations, and contracts.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
