**Job Title: Tender Executive**

**Department**: Business Development
**Location**: Gurugram / Head Office / Project Site
**Reporting To**: Manager - Business Development / Tendering Head

**Job Summary**:
The Tender Executive will be responsible for managing the entire tendering process from identifying potential opportunities to preparing and submitting bids.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and track new tender opportunities through online portal.
- Study and analyze tender documents (technical specifications, commercial terms, BOQ, etc.) and prepare queries or clarifications as required.
- Prepare and compile pre-qualification documents, technical bids, and commercial offers in line with client requirements.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of submitted tenders, pricing history, and tender outcomes.
- Follow up with clients on bid status, negotiations, and post-tender clarifications.
- Assist in vendor registration, prequalification processes, and documentation with government and private clients.
- **Qualification**: Graduate / Diploma in Engineering, or Commerce / Business Administration.
- **Experience**: 6-7 years (preferably in tendering or contracts within construction, fabrication, EPC, or infrastructure industry).
- **Skills Required**:

- Knowledge of government and private tendering procedures (GeM, CPPP, e-procurement portals).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and tender management software/portals.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
