- Develop and implement CRM campaigns, workflows, and strategies to optimize customer engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to align CRM strategies with business objectives.
- Provide training and support to internal teams on CRM tools and best practices.
- Generate reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics related to customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in CRM to recommend and implement improvements to the CRM system and processes.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
