Job Opening: CRM Executive (Female) - Full-Time
Location: A-74/1, Near Vardhman Fortune Mall, Azadpur Industrial Area, GT Karnal Road Industrial Area, Ashok Vihar, Delhi - 110033
**Salary**: ₹18,000 TO 25,000 per month
(On-site)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
About the Role:
As a CRM Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth communication channel with clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly, maintaining CRM data, and collaborating with internal departments to provide an exceptional client experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic and people-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) database to ensure accurate and timely information.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions in a professional and courteous manner.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by offering consistent follow-up and support.
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to address and resolve customer concerns quickly.
Monitor and track customer feedback and escalate issues when necessary.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on customer engagement and satisfaction metrics.
Assist with organizing client meetings, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.
Identify potential areas for process improvement based on customer interactions and feedback.
Support the overall customer engagement strategy and contribute to increasing customer retention rates.
Education: Minimum of a graduate degree in any field.
Experience: More then 2 years experience. Prior experience in a customer service or CRM-related role will be an added advantage, but freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
Communication Skills: Excellent command of English - both verbal and written - is essential.
Personality Traits: Friendly, approachable, and confident personality with a strong problem-solving attitude.
Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and handle pressure in a fast-paced work environment.
Team Player: Must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively with different departments.
