
Office Coordinator

We are looking for a talented and dynamic Office Coordinator to join our team. We are in need of someone who can manage multiple tasks effectively while providing exceptional support to our Managing Director (MD).
**Key Responsibilities**:
Office Coordination: Oversee daily office operations, ensuring seamless coordination between departments and effective workflow.
Support to MD: Provide strategic support to the Managing Director, including preparation of reports, presentation materials, and other necessary documentation.
Data Management: Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze data, generate reports, and provide insights to the MD and other departments.
Communication: Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professional and effective communication.
Project Support: Assist in various projects and initiatives, contributing to their success and completion.
Multitasking: Efficiently handle multiple tasks and projects, prioritizing them to meet deadlines and maintain productivity.
Stress Management: Work under pressure and maintain a calm and focused demeanor during high-pressure situations.
Innovation: Bring new ideas and improvements to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.
Qualifications:
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities with a focus on attention to detail.
Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation skills.
Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Time Management: Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
