**1. Food Preparation & Cooking**
- Prepare and cook a variety of **Continental dishes** including pasta, grilled meats, steaks, sautéed vegetables, soups, and sauces.
- Ensure **consistency in taste, texture, and presentation** for all dishes.

**2. Recipe Knowledge & Innovation**
- Follow standard recipes and presentation specifications.
- Innovate and contribute **new recipes or plating ideas** to enhance the continental menu.

**3. Hygiene & Safety**
- Maintain **high standards of cleanliness** and hygiene in the kitchen.
- Comply with all food safety and sanitation regulations (FSSAI standards, etc.)
- Monitor expiry dates and storage conditions of ingredients.

**4. Kitchen Coordination**
- Coordinate with **Head Chef** on daily orders and special menus.
- Assist other sections when needed, especially during rush hours.
- Train and guide **junior staff or commis chefs** working in the continental section.

**5. Inventory & Cost Control**
- Monitor daily stock and inform the store manager of required items.
- Avoid wastage and ensure **optimum utilization of ingredients**.
- Suggest alternate ingredients when needed to maintain consistency without increasing costs.

**6. Equipment Handling**
- Operate and maintain **continental kitchen equipment** like grills, salamanders, pasta machines, and ovens.
- Report any faults or maintenance needs to kitchen management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
