**Key Responsibilities -**
- Handle day-to-day **billing and invoicing** for PCD/Third Party orders using **Marg ERP**:

- Create and maintain **sales and purchase entries**:

- Manage **GST-compliant billing** and ensure timely filing of reports
- Monitor **inventory** and stock movement in Marg ERP
- Maintain and reconcile **accounts receivable/payable**:

- Coordinate with the dispatch/logistics team to ensure accurate order processing
- Assist in **monthly closing** of accounts and generation of financial reports
- Ensure **compliance** with accounting standards and pharma-specific regulations
- Respond to customer and distributor queries related to invoices or accounts

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or, Accounting, or a related field.
- **Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience using Marg Accounting Software** (mandatory).
- Knowledge of **PCD / Third Party pharma operations** preferred
- Strong understanding of **GST, TDS**, and pharma billing norms
- Good working knowledge of **MS Excel and Tally (if applicable)**:

- Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in inventory management or billing using Marg.
- Familiarity with audit procedures and financial regulations.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Commerce background preferred. (B.Com)
