**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately and timely generate invoices using **Marg software**.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of all billing and invoice transactions.
- Ensure adherence to company billing policies and standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, dispatch, accounts) to resolve billing-related queries.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and discrepancies related to invoices.
- Assist in preparing financial reports related to billing activities.
- Monitor and regularly reconcile accounts receivable.
- Support audit and compliance requirements with appropriate billing documentation.

**Requirements**:

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in billing or invoicing, preferably in the **pharmaceutical sector**.
- Familiarity with GST rules and pharmaceutical billing norms.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of accounts receivable and financial reporting.
- Educational Qualification: Graduate (B.Com or related field preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
