**Account Executive**

**Location**: Panchkula
**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Experience**: 2-3 years

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Record and manage day-to-day **sales and purchase transactions**:

- Handle **import/export documentation** including invoices, shipping bills, Bill of Entry, etc.
- Maintain accounting records and ledgers using **Tally or similar software**:

- Prepare and file **GST returns**, TDS, and other statutory documents
- Communicate with logistics partners, customs, and vendors for import/export formalities
- Perform **bank reconciliations** and monitor account balances
- Generate basic financial reports and assist in audits

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of **Indian accounting standards**, **GST**, and **TDS**:

- Experience in **Tally ERP**, **MS Excel**, and documentation tools
- Familiarity with **export-import procedures** and documentation
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of **international trade compliance and logistics**
