Shift Timings: 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST

Office Location: i3Synergist, D-199, 6th floor, Phase 8B, Industrial Area, Mohali 160055 (Near Medpark Hospital)
- Responsible for attending patient calls and answering patient queries. Communicate respectfully and politely with all patients.
- Be extremely polite, cordial, and confident while attending customer/patient calls.
- Managing customer service operations and preparing detailed SOPs/guidelines for the entire process.
- Responsible for sending out 100% audited and accurate patient statements.
- Responsible for taking online payments on calls from patients.
- Developing and maintaining a detailed database with all call details and notes.
- Professionally handle all inbound calls and resolve queries as per TAT guidelines.
- Responsible for making outbound calls and working in AR. Responsible for soft collections as required.
- Perform script along with necessary greetings and filler to ensure great customer/patient call experience.
- Should be comfortable with US voice process.
- Relevant experience in a USA health care medical billing or RCM.
- Experience of QA/Audits and Team management, client interaction/client account management will be big plus.
- Must have at least 3+ yrs. experience in patient calls/customer service. Physician billing; specifically, chiropractic, mental health, behavioral health, nephrology etc.
- Understand CMS-1500 and UB-04 claim formats. Typing speed, at least 45 WPM.
- Must have knowledge of medical billing software, preferably Tebra, Therapy Notes, Simple Practice, YouthCare, Theranest or any other similar.

- Excellent verbal and written English business communication skills for interacting with USA based team members/ physicians/patients.
- Be very professional, helpful, and able to make a great impression on the phone.
- Ability to work well with others and facilitate teamwork and cooperation. Positive attitude, pleasing personality and able to follow directions.
- Willing to cross train and cross learn other areas of RCM.
- Tact, diplomacy, and the ability to maintain confidentiality of company, client, and patient information.
- Must have very strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail.
