2. Sales Pitch and Service Promotion:

- Promote the laboratory's testing services, including microbiological, chemical, nutritional, and regulatory compliance testing.
- Tailor sales presentations and proposals to meet the specific needs of clients.
- Educate potential clients about the importance of food safety, compliance, and quality testing.

3. Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to maintain client engagement and satisfaction.

4. Market Analysis and Strategy:

- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive services, and emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
- Provide feedback to management on client needs and market demands to shape service offerings.

5. Sales Target Achievement:

- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned by management.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, activity reports, and revenue updates to the management team.

6. Collaboration with Internal Teams:

- Work closely with laboratory staff to understand service capabilities and ensure smooth execution of client projects.
- Coordinate with the technical team to address specific client requirements and resolve issues.

7. Compliance and Documentation:

- Ensure all sales activities adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and agreements using CRM tools.

8. Training and Development:

- Stay updated on food testing methodologies, industry regulations, and advancements in laboratory services.
- Participate in sales training programs to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹26,853.02 per month
