**Key Responsibilities**
- **Property Owner Communications**
- Make regular calls to property owners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners
- Update property availability and pricing information
- **Viewing Coordination**
- Schedule and coordinate property viewings between clients, agents, and owners
- Ensure smooth communication between all parties
- Follow up on viewing feedback
- **Administrative Management**
- Generate and maintain staff performance reports
- Track agent activities and prepare periodic summaries
- Handle basic office documentation and filing systems
- **Digital Presence Management**
- Maintain company's social media presence across platforms
- Post property updates and company news
- Engage with audience queries and comments
- **CRM System Administration**
- Update and maintain customer database
- Input and track leads
- Generate reports from CRM data
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness
# Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
# Preferred Skills
- Experience in real estate sector
- Knowledge of local property market
- Familiarity with social media management tools
- Basic graphic design skills
- Marathi language proficiency
Pay: ₹9,621.32 - ₹27,933.28 per month
