- **Develop onboarding processes**: Create and update procedures to improve the onboarding experience
- **Provide training**: Ensure new hires receive training and development opportunities
- **Manage employee records**: Maintain employee records and data in accordance with company policy
- **Liaise with other departments**: Work with other departments to ensure new hires have the resources they need
- **Monitor expenses**: Track onboarding expenses and report on progress against budget
- **Provide orientation**: Introduce new employees to the company's history, mission, values, and culture
- **Introduce to team**: Familiarize new employees with their team members and key personnel
- **Provide ongoing support**: Continue to provide support to new employees throughout their time at the company
