**Administrative Assistant, Independent Contractor (Remote)**

**Who Are We?**
We are excited to recruit on behalf of our client, a dynamic Canadian 3rd Party Logistics and Transportation Company known for its innovation and excellence in e-commerce fulfillment. With a strong reputation for efficiently managing last-mile delivery and parcel logistics, our client is focused on driving operational efficiency and exceptional service.
**Responsibilities**:
As an Independent Contractor, you will be responsible for:
- Providing daily administrative support to management and operational teams.
- Organizing and maintaining digital files, internal documents, and records.
- Assisting with data entry, reporting, and documentations.
- Supporting onboarding activities for new team members.
- Performing ad-hoc administrative duties as required to support smooth operations.
- Additional duties as assigned by the manager
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with Zoho Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive).
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment.
**Technical Setup Requirements**:
- A reliable desktop or laptop with a stable internet connection.
- Ability to work remotely during US/Canada EST office hours.
**Nice to Have**:
- Prior experience working in a logistics, transportation, or e-commerce company.
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping or invoicing.
**Compensation**:
- Competitive compensation based on qualifications and experience (INR 25,000 - INR 45,000 per month).
- This is an Independent Contractor role.
- No employee benefits are included as part of this contract arrangement.
