**Responsibilities**:
- Handle daily office operations and upkeep
- Manage housekeeping and office support staff
- Coordinate purchase and delivery of office items
- Maintain vendor relations and AMC contracts
- Look after building and facility maintenance
- Ensure fire license and other compliance renewals
- Assist the director’s office with all admin work
- Coordinate with HR and Finance teams
- Manage employee and Director travel (domestic and international)
- Handle visa, ticketing, hotel bookings, and travel itineraries
- Visit government departments when required
- Track office expenses and petty cash
- Ensuse timely stock of office supplies and utilities
- Support event arrangements and meetings
- Maintain neat documentation and filing
- Be the single point of contact for office admin issues
**Requirements**:
- Any graduate with 4+ years of experience in admin
- Must be sincere and a good communicator
- Should have experience handling travel desk
- **HR Admins are not eligible for this role. Only Core Office Admin Profiles Needed.**
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
