1. **Tender Management**
- Identify and track relevant tenders on government portals like **IREPS, GeM, SRM, MES** etc.
- Register the company on new tender portals as required.
- Download tender documents, study eligibility criteria, and prepare compliance checklists.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Technical, Commercial, Legal) for document preparation.
- Submission of bids (Technical & Financial) before deadlines.
- Handle online/offline tender submissions including e-Reverse Auctions.

2. **GeM Portal Handling**
- Product/service listing, updating specifications and pricing.
- Bid participation, documentation, and responding to RA/BOQ on GeM.
- Monitoring bid outcomes and raising queries if needed.

3. **Bank Guarantee (BG) Work**
- Coordinate for preparation, submission, and renewal of **Bank Guarantees** (Performance, EMD, etc.).
- Maintain and update **BG Register / Sheet** with all due dates and values.
- Follow up with banks and clients for BG release and compliance.

4. **Quotation & Billing**
- Prepare and send quotations to clients based on inquiry.
- Coordinate with Accounts/Finance for invoice and billing documentation.
- Track payment status, follow up with clients, and maintain billing records.

5. **Sales Funnel & MIS Reporting**
- Maintain and update **Sales Funnel Sheet** with lead status, stage, and value.
- Generate periodic reports for management review.
- Analyze win/loss ratio, quote-to-order conversion rates.

6. **Coordination & Communication**:

- Liaise with clients, government departments, and internal teams.
- Attend pre-bid meetings (virtually or physically).
- Maintain professional communication and timely follow-up

- **Key Skills Required**:

- Strong knowledge of **Government Tendering Process** (especially Railways/PSUs).
- Experience with **IREPS, GeM, SRM portals** is mandatory.
- Proficient in **MS Excel, Word, and PDF tools**.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and attention to detail.

**Educational Qualification**:

- Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Engineering, Commerce, or Business).
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing or related field is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
