**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
- Lead digital marketing efforts
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms
- Plan and execute offline marketing initiatives, including events, trade shows, and conferences
- Travel to events and conferences with the startup representatives to cover and gather material and promote our brand
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials and support lead generation
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance to optimize marketing strategies
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective ROI on marketing spend
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging marketing trends

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Prior marketing experience, preferably in the renewable energy sector
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and lead generation
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media marketing, and offline marketing strategies
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
