**Roles and Responsibilities**
- 1. Will manage the entire relationship and servicing to the NGO, Interacting with multiple NGO on daily basis, managing the TOT, Courseware Delivery and Assessment and Certification of the students

2. Identifying New NGO Partnerships

3. Ensuring Effective Partner Management to Grow the current relationship

4. Person should be able to network with NGO partners, take reference from the existing partners to enroll more partners

6. Responsible for visiting partner centers as and when required

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

- South East, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Partnership: 2 years (preferred)

- NGO: 1 year (preferred)
