You’ll identify, pitch, and close partnerships that drive brand visibility, revenue, and long-term strategic value.What You’ll Do- Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities across B2B, B2C, and institutional channels - Own outreach, pitch development, and relationship management with key stakeholders - Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to co-create partnership-led campaigns - Negotiate win-win deals and track performance metrics across partnership funnels - Stay ahead of market trends, competitor moves, and global EdTech innovationsWhat You Bring- 2–4 years in strategic partnerships, business development, or growth roles - Strong communication and storytelling skills—can pitch Bhanzu like a pro - Hustle mindset with a bias for action and experimentation - Experience in EdTech, consumer tech, or startup ecosystems is a plus - Ability to think creatively, build rapport fast, and close deals with flairWhy Bhanzu- Work with a mission-driven team scaling globally - Fast-paced, high-ownership environment with room to grow - Vibrant culture that celebrates curiosity, creativity, and impact - Competitive compensation + performance incentives
