With 1900+ hires in 2024 and hyper-growth across India, GCC, ANZ, and North America, we’re scaling fast—and we need bold minds to fuel our journey.Role OverviewAs a Strategic Partnership Executive, you’ll be the bridge between Bhanzu and the world—unlocking high-impact collaborations across schools and global education platforms. You’ll identify, pitch, and close partnerships that drive brand visibility, revenue, and long-term strategic value.What You’ll DoIdentify and evaluate partnership opportunities across B2B, B2C, and institutional channels Own outreach, pitch development, and relationship management with key stakeholders Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to co-create partnership-led campaigns Negotiate win-win deals and track performance metrics across partnership funnels Stay ahead of market trends, competitor moves, and global EdTech innovationsWhat You Bring2–4 years in strategic partnerships, business development, or growth roles Strong communication and storytelling skills—can pitch Bhanzu like a pro Hustle mindset with a bias for action and experimentation Experience in EdTech, consumer tech, or startup ecosystems is a plus Ability to think creatively, build rapport fast, and close deals with flairWhy BhanzuWork with a mission-driven team scaling globally Fast-paced, high-ownership environment with room to grow Vibrant culture that celebrates curiosity, creativity, and impact Competitive compensation + performance incentives
