Job Title: Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)
**Location**: Nashik, Maharashtra
**Reports To**: CEO/Founder
**Job Summary**:
The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) will be responsible for ensuring the company achieves its revenue targets. The CRO will take complete accountability for revenue generation, exploring new opportunities, and creating strategies to maximize growth. This role will require a deep understanding of current products, the ability to identify new revenue streams, and the drive to develop partnerships in the B2B segment and potentially expand into B2C if necessary.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Revenue Strategy & Execution**:
- Develop, implement, and execute comprehensive revenue strategies that align with company goals.
- Monitor market trends to identify potential new revenue streams and business opportunities.
- Evaluate and optimize the company's existing revenue generation processes and strategies.
- **Sales Leadership**:
- Lead the Business Development team to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Develop key performance metrics and ensure regular monitoring and reporting.
- Mentor and train the sales team, fostering a high-performance environment.
- **Partnerships & Alliances**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners.
- Identify and establish new partnerships with hospitals, health clubs, caterers, and other potential B2B clients to expand the company's market presence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet partner needs.
- **Product & Market Development**:
- Analyze the current product portfolio and market position to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Work closely with the product development team to introduce new products or services that align with market demands and company capabilities.
- Ensure that the company's offerings remain competitive and meet the evolving needs of customers.
- **Financial Oversight**:
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning related to revenue generation.
- Track and analyze financial performance, ensuring the company meets or exceeds its revenue targets.
- Provide regular reports to the CEO and board of directors on revenue performance and growth strategies.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure cohesive strategies and alignment toward revenue goals.
- Engage with the product team to understand customer feedback and implement improvements.
- **Customer Focus**:
- Ensure a customer-centric approach in all revenue generation activities.
- Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and lifetime value.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in a senior revenue-generating role, ideally in a Chief Revenue Officer, VP of Sales, or similar position.
- Strong background in B2B sales, with experience in building and managing partnerships.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of creating and executing successful revenue strategies.
- Strong understanding of financial metrics, budgeting, and revenue forecasting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in the health food industry is a plus.

- Chief Revenue Officer/ VP Sales or Similar Profile: 3 years (required)
