**Position Overview**:
As a Bartender, you play a pivotal role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. You are responsible for crafting and serving a diverse range of beverages while providing exceptional customer service. Your attention to detail, knowledge of mixology, and ability to engage with patrons contribute to the overall success of our establishment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Mixology and Beverage Preparation**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Demonstrate proficiency in mixing cocktails, pouring beers, and preparing specialty drinks.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of beverages by using proper ingredients, techniques, and garnishes.
- **Customer Service**:

- Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and assistance as needed.
- Engage with patrons to build rapport, understand their preferences, and create personalized drink experiences.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and courteously.
- **Bar Operations**:

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment, utensils, and workstations.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as necessary to ensure smooth operation during peak hours.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to create a safe and hygienic environment for staff and guests.
- **Upselling and Revenue Generation**:

- Utilize suggestive selling techniques to promote featured drinks, specials, and promotions.
- Maximize sales opportunities by upselling premium beverages and recommending food pairings.
- Contribute to achieving revenue targets and profitability goals through efficient service and salesmanship.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other team members, including servers, kitchen staff, and management, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to coordinate drink orders, maintain workflow, and address any issues or concerns.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a bartender or similar role in a hospitality setting.
- Extensive knowledge of beverage recipes, mixology techniques, and drink presentation.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
- Must be of legal drinking age and hold any required certifications or permits in accordance with local regulations.
