**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Prepare Drinks**: Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes or customer preferences.
- **Customer Service**: Greet and interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner. Take drink orders, provide recommendations, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- **Bar Maintenance**: Keep the bar area clean and organized. Replenish stock, clean glasses, and sanitize surfaces regularly.
- **Support Senior Bartenders**: Assist in making drinks during busy times, help with inventory management, and perform other duties as assigned by senior bartenders or managers.
- **Inventory and Stocking**: Ensure the bar is stocked with necessary ingredients, glasses, and other supplies. Assist with ordering and receiving inventory as needed.
- **Follow Safety Guidelines**: Adhere to all legal drinking laws, and company policies, and practice responsible alcohol service.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work effectively with other team members, including waitstaff, kitchen staff, and management.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Basic Knowledge of Bartending**: Familiarity with drink recipes, preparation methods, and basic cocktail techniques.
- **Customer Service Skills**: Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude.
- **Physical Stamina**: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy items, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to measure ingredients accurately and ensure that drinks are served to the highest standard.
- **Time Management**: Ability to juggle multiple tasks during busy hours while maintaining quality service.
- **Multitasking Ability**: Handle multiple orders, customer requests, and cleaning tasks simultaneously.

**Education & Experience**:

- **High School Diploma** or equivalent is preferred.
- **Prior experience** in a customer service role or as a barback, server, or in a similar position is a plus but not required.

**Work Environment**:

- Fast-paced, often loud bar or restaurant setting.
- Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are common.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
