About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails, mocktails, and beverages as per standard recipes.

Ensure proper stock management of liquor, mixers, glassware, and bar supplies.

Handle billing and POS operations efficiently with basic computer knowledge.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area in compliance with health & safety standards.

Provide excellent guest service with a positive attitude and engaging personality.

Monitor inventory and place orders to avoid shortages.

Assist in training support staff and maintaining bar equipment.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a Bartender or similar role in the hospitality industry.

Strong knowledge of cocktail & mocktail preparation techniques.

Basic knowledge of stock management and billing systems.

Ability to handle bar operations independently and work under pressure.

Good communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Basic computer knowledge for billing and reporting.

Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
