**Tooling Development & Design**:

- Lead the **design, development, and validation** of tooling for new product introduction (NPI).
- Work with **internal teams and external suppliers** to ensure optimal tool design and manufacturability.
- Conduct **DFM (Design for Manufacturability) and DFA (Design for Assembly)** reviews to improve tooling efficiency.
- **Supplier & Vendor Management**:

- Collaborate with tooling vendors to **define specifications, timelines, and costs**.
- Evaluate tooling performance and **recommend improvements or modifications**.
- Conduct supplier audits to ensure **compliance with quality and performance standards**.
- **Process Optimization & Validation**:

- Oversee **tool trials, process validation, and first article inspections (FAI)**.
- Identify and implement **continuous improvement initiatives** to enhance **tooling performance, cycle times, and durability**.
- Work with **manufacturing and quality teams** to resolve any tooling-related issues.
- **Cost & Timeline Management**:

- Ensure new tooling projects are completed **on time and within budget**.
- Drive **cost reduction initiatives** while maintaining tool quality and longevity.
- Support **quotation and cost analysis** for new tooling projects.
- **Technical Support & Troubleshooting**:

- Provide **technical expertise** in troubleshooting tooling-related problems.
- Ensure proper **maintenance and life cycle management** of tools.
- Implement **best practices for tool design and development** based on industry trends.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in **Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Tooling & Die Engineering, or a related field**.
- **Experience**: Minimum **5-10 years** of experience in **tooling design and development** for manufacturing (injection molding, stamping, die casting, CNC machining, etc.).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
