**Job Summary**:
The Junior NPD Engineer will support the development and launch of new products by assisting in design, prototyping, testing, documentation, and coordination with cross-functional teams such as production, quality, and supply chain. This role is ideal for engineering graduates eager to gain hands-on experience in product development and industrial processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in design and development of new products as per customer requirements or market needs.
- Support prototype development, testing, and validation of new parts and assemblies.
- Participate in DFMEA, PFMEA, and design reviews.
- Prepare technical documentation such as BOM, process flow, work instructions, and test reports.
- Coordinate with production, tooling, quality, and procurement teams for smooth product launch.
- Follow up on trials, sample approvals, and prepare necessary reports.
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of design changes and product evolution.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Automobile / Industrial / Production Engineering.
- 0-2 years of experience in a similar role (freshers may be considered with good project/internship exposure).
- Basic knowledge of CAD tools like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, or similar.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes like machining, casting, and assembly.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
- Team player with good communication and coordination skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
