Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Machine Setup and Operation

Set up CNC, VMC, and HMC machines for production runs, including tool changes and offsets.

Perform programming adjustments as required using G-code or related software.

Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and calibration of machines.

Quality Assurance

Conduct first-piece inspections to verify dimensions and tolerances using measurement tools like micrometers, calipers, and gauges.

Monitor production runs to ensure consistent quality and adherence to specifications.

Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues during operation.

Maintenance and Safety

Perform routine maintenance and preventive measures on machines to ensure optimal performance.

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Documentation and Reporting

Maintain detailed records of machine setups, tool changes, and production data.

Collaborate with the production team to optimize processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

08-15 years of hands-on experience in CNC, VMC, and HMC machine setting.

Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).

Expertise in machining materials like steel, aluminum, and other alloys.

Solid understanding of tooling, cutting speeds, and feeds for various materials.

Familiarity with CAD/CAM software is an advantage.

Key Skills

Strong technical and analytical skills in machine operations.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in using precision measurement tools.

Effective communication and teamwork.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
