Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a CNC Turning/HMC/VMC Operator. The operator will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines, including turning, horizontal, and vertical machining centers. Daily tasks will include interpreting technical drawings, programming machines, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. The individual will also contribute to improving machining efficiency and process optimization.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in CNC Programming and the ability to adapt programs for different machining requirements
  • Expertise in Machining, including operating CNC Turning, HMC, and VMC machines
  • Experience in Teaching and guiding team members regarding machine operation and best practices
  • Strong problem-solving and technical skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and machine maintenance
  • Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field is preferred
  • Previous experience in CNC machining operations is an advantage
