**Job Description:

**- ** The HMC/VMC Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining Horizontal and Vertical Machining Centers (HMC/VMC).
- This role includes setting up machines, handling CNC controls, ensuring high precision in machining parts, and performing quality checks on manufactured products.
- The operator must have knowledge of tooling, machining processes, and be capable of troubleshooting machine issues.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Machine Operation: Operate HMC and VMC machines following job specifications and instructions.
- Setup and Calibration: Set up machines, load programs, and calibrate tools and equipment for machining tasks.
- Quality Control: Inspect machined parts for accuracy and quality according to specifications, using measuring instruments like calipers and micrometers.
- Tool Management: Select and adjust tools as needed, ensuring efficient machining operations and mínimal waste.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues with machine operations, including minor maintenance and adjustments.
- Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, ensuring a safe work environment, and follow company policies and procedures.
- Documentation: Maintain records of daily production, machine performance, and maintenance activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in CNC machining is a plus.
- Experience: 5 years of experience as an HMC/VMC operator in a manufacturing environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CNC machine operations, understanding of G-code, and familiarity with measuring tools.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on precision and quality control.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic machine and tooling issues.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
