We are an online tuition center looking for a Customer Success Counselor who can chat and call with the students, parents, and tutors to support them with our services and coordinate with them to ensure the smooth functioning of our classes.

**Responsibilities**

It is a combined sales and customer support role.

To be the trusted advisor to our customers.

Call and chat with registered users to explain the educational offerings company has.

Prepare templates for chat communication.

Collect information from the clients to understand their requirements.

Add contacts, administer and update client details, opportunities, etc., on CRM.

Schedule classes with tutors matching the specifications.

Support the students to access and use Microsoft Teams and Learning Management System.

Regularly call the existing clients for feedback and to motivate them.

Resolve students' and parents' complaints brought to attention.

Support the team in creating policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.

Up-sell products and services to existing clients.

Work on lead generation and qualification.

Close sales using multiple mediums like telephone (VoIP), chat, social media, and web.

Monitor social media activities to respond as required.

Conduct research as required for apps, web, competition, marketing opportunities, lead generation, etc.

Daily reporting on the activities performed.

Flexible to work in different time zones with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Mentor and support the team members to motivate and improve the overall sales of the company.

**Qualifications**

A pleasing personality and passion for communicating with people.

Excellent chat skills to use the right words and phrases to support/sell services remotely.

1+ years of experience in a similar role

Experience in working at a BPO or contact center would be a plus.

Good knowledge of digital marketing, social media sales channels, and SEO.

Excellent command and Fluency in English

Proficiency in other languages would be a plus

Experience in using Microsoft Office, CRM, online meeting and scheduling software

Experience in working remotely and independently

This is for a 100% remote job requiring a laptop/computer with a dedicated internet connection and a quality headset at a quiet place free from ambient noise.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 per month
