**Job Description**:
A Career Counselor provides guidance and support to individuals seeking to develop and manage their career paths. The role involves working with clients to assess their interests, skills, and goals, and helping them make informed decisions regarding career opportunities, educational pathways, and professional development. The Career Counselor offers services to a variety of clients, including students, job seekers, and professionals seeking career transitions

Key responsibilities:

**1. Career Assessment & Counseling**: Conduct one-on-one sessions with clients to assess their skills, interests, values, and personality traits. Provide personalized career advice and coaching based on assessments and individual client goals. Help clients explore potential career paths, industries, and job roles based on their unique profiles

**2.Job Search Support**: Assist clients with job search strategies, including resume writing, cover letter creation, and interview preparation. Provide advice on job search techniques, including networking, online job portals, and professional branding. Conduct mock interviews to build client confidence and prepare for real-world interviews.

**3. Workshops & Group Sessions**: Organize workshops, webinars, and group counseling sessions on career-related topics (e.g., job search strategies, personal branding, interview techniques). Develop and update materials for workshops and training programs to meet the needs of diverse audiences.

**Education**:
A bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Human Resources, Education, or a related field is required.

A master’s degree in Career Counseling or a related field is preferred.

**Experience**:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in career counseling, coaching, or a related field. Experience with job placement services or recruitment is an advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,446.75 - ₹30,924.05 per month
