**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Interact with prospective students and working professionals to understand their career goals.
- Explain course offerings, career paths, and training options in a clear and engaging manner.
- Provide personalized counselling and suggest suitable programs based on their profile and interests.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Collaborate with the sales and academic teams to ensure seamless onboarding.
- Organize and conduct webinars or career guidance sessions as required.
- Stay updated with industry trends and job market demands.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.
- Active listening and empathetic approach to counselling.
- Good at maintaining follow-ups and relationship building.
- Basic knowledge of career trends, job roles, and industries.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Psychology, HR preferred).
- Previous experience in career counselling, academic counselling, or inside sales is a plus.

**Compensation**:
As per industry standards + performance-based incentives.
