**JOB TITLE: Guest Relations Executive**

**WORK LOCATION: Goa**

**Team Handling Role: No**

**LOCATION: Goa**

**REPORTS TO: Guest Relations Manager**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with guests before their arrival and then with other departments internally to ensure everything is ready before the guests' arrival (housekeeping, maintenance, etc.)
- Meet the guests during check-in, show them the property, collect security deposit and then meet them at the check-out and return the security deposit if there are no damages
- Be in touch with the guests during their stay to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction
- Point of contact for apartment owners: explain rental service operations to them, get them on-board & maintain rapport with them over time
- Coordinate with apartment owners to procure missing furniture and other items for their apartment
- Curate information on things to do around the area and ensure that the document is updated in a timely manner
- Ensure maximum occupancy of your property by keeping the listings on portals up to date, updating prices, etc.

**Requirement**:

- Perfect English (written and spoken) and good master of Hindi & Konkani
- Strong communication: interactions with high profile clients and home owners of luxury properties
- Incredible sense of customer service
- Ability to work in a team - the job will require a high level of interaction with staff on the ground (estate managers, maintenance team, housekeeping team, photographers, etc.)
- Well-developed project management skills: can work independently and set timelines to achieve your own goals
- Comfortable with numbers, ability to quickly calculate the value delivered by various rental price points and tax implications
- Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment
- Strong execution focus with a drive to achieve measurable results and impact
- Determination: once you start a project, you will do everything to achieve it
- Deadline oriented (you feel satisfied when you have achieved your responsibilities on time)
- High level of self-motivation and drive

**Experience & Education**
- Experience in customer service or hospitality

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,269.93 - ₹31,018.08 per month
