Job Purpose To support the NGO s mission by managing marketing and fundraising initiatives that build awareness engage supporters and generate resources for programs benefiting the community Key Responsibilities Research and identify potential donors sponsors and funding opportunities Approach individuals corporates and institutions for financial support Write grant proposals sponsorship requests and funding applications for donors and sponsors Organise fundraising events and campaigns online and offline Assist in planning and executing marketing and fundraising initiatives Create engaging content to highlight the NGO s work and impact Coordinate with vendors sponsors partners and donors Support in organising fundraising events and donor drives Maintain and update donor records e g eTapestry and communication logs Build and maintain strong relationships with donors through regular communication updates and acknowledgements Collaborate with the communications PR team to share stories and showcase impact Track and report fundraising progress against set targets Key Results Areas KRA Smooth organisation and execution of fundraising campaigns and marketing events Timely and effective donor and sponsor communication Growth in donor engagement sponsorships and overall visibility of the NGO Accurate reporting and strong administrative support for fundraising activities Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Business Administration BBA Marketing Communications or related field Strong written and verbal communication skills Creativity and ability to manage social media and digital marketing Organisational and event coordination skills Ability to work with diverse stakeholders sponsors donors and community members Passion for social change and commitment to the NGO s mission Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Provident Fund Work Location In person
