**Job Overview**
- As a **PMO Executive** at Zycus play a critical role to ensuring the successful delivery of projects within the organization by establishing and maintaining project management standards, practices, and guidelines. The **PMO Executive** professional provides structure, support, and monitoring to project teams and stakeholders, ensuring that projects align with strategic objectives, are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

**Key Responsibilities**
- The PMO Executive supports the day-to-day operations of the Engineering team in an Agile Product Delivery environment.
- This role assists the PMO Lead and Directors with the full delivery lifecycle, record-keeping, and both regular and ad-hoc reporting.
- It ensures Quality Assurance for processes, documentation, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
- The role also helps manage key initiatives aligned with organizational goals, focusing on standardization, accreditation, and business processes.
- Responsibilities include assisting with the use of Agile tools, handling resourcing requests, and tracking project status, priorities, and KPIs.
- The PMO Executive maintains a talent map for resource allocation and fosters communication across teams to identify issues and opportunities early.
- The role ensures project governance, resource allocation, budgeting, and timeline management while promoting PMO standards and best practices.

**Job Requirement**

**Key Qualifications**:

- Any Graduate or Post Graduate with 4-6 years of relevant experience in project management or a similar role.
- Proficient in project management tools like Jira, Salesforce, or similar.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with experience supporting Agile Management Teams.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, particularly in data manipulation within spreadsheets.
- Experience with Jira is a plus. Strong relationship-building skills.
