**Job Details**

**Roles and responsibilities**:

- Position reports to RTR PMO.
- Help to define project scope, goals and deliverables.
- Work with PMO to Define tasks, required resources for the various RTR Standardization and Improvements Projects.
- Participate in planning or change meetings to discuss release scope and/or roadblocks.
- Own the end-to-end testing plans and execution.
- Help to create various Digital dashboard Solutions for RTR function.
- SharePoint Site creation and Maintenance.
- Create VBA solution to the RTR functions.
- Trainings to end users.
- Change Management.

**How you will do it**

**Owning the Complete Implementation cycle for any RTR Key Projects.**
- Create Test plan, review the plan, execution and control points.
- Make decisions independently and problem-solving skills
- Drive Ideation exercise with-in RTR function.
- Work effectively on RTR Project life cycle to establish positive and supportive relationship.
- Responsible for working with different process owners on Project implementation and execution of task.
- Identify gaps and define risk mitigation plans.
- Be proactive and innovative with ideas to improve service / deliverables.

**End-to-End Process improvements**
- Implementation of Lean culture to improve the process end to end on continuous basis
- Ensure adherence to internal and external guidelines as well as to a standardized process landscape
- Support process improvements initiatives and related projects
- Maintain positive work relationships with internal external customers
- Assist in establishing and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external customers and ensure customer satisfaction.

**What we look for**
- Graduate/Postgraduate with 5-8 years of experience in Project Management.
- Experience of Driving the Standardization and CI Projects in RTR Space.
- Hands on experience in Power Bi, SharePoint sites, Python.
- Strong experience working on the VBA’s.
- Strong on Finance & related areas knowledge and accounting / reporting overview
- MS-Office and ERP experience (e.g. One Stream, Blackline, SAP, Oracle)
- Analytical skills, ability to interpret the data and drive improvements in RTR.
- Strong Communication and presentation skills and ability to analyze data
- Customer and result oriented, Proactive attitude, Flexibility
- Demonstrates the ability to work as lead and trainer for others
