**Introduction**:
The PMO Analyst will support one or more Technology Infrastructure Campaigns/Projects and ensure the Project Manager/Technical Lead can fully execute their duties which in turn support the overall delivery of the project. The PMO will provide guidance and support on the deliveries to ensure successful Business Outcomes for the campaign.

**What will you be doing?**
- Help plan and implement Technology Infrastructure Campaigns under the instruction of the PM or Technical Lead
- Manage project financials (actuals and forecasting)
- Assist in the production of some parts of the Project/Programme Forum papers, Programme Board agendas and other reporting activities
- Manage weekly reporting process including development of MI to report project progress
- Stakeholder management including engagement with Business Managers, GTIS Programme Leads and Technical Leads across RFT Technology

**What we’re looking for**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Understanding of Project management methodologies and governance
- Computer Fluency - MS Project, Excel, Visio, Access, Power Point
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Able to work effectively with a variety of key stakeholder groups.

**Skills that will help you in the role**
- Manages time well to meet competing priorities and performs well under pressure, including reporting hot spots at month end and external reporting periods
- Awareness and a working knowledge of Execution Risk Standards and project governance requirements
