**JOB TITLE**: International Inbound Voice Agent

**LOCATION**: Noida, uttarpradesh

Qualification : 12th pass / graduate

Experience : 1year

**RESPONSIBILITES**:

- **Handle Inbound Calls**: Assist international customers with queries and issues.
- **Customer Support**: Provide accurate solutions and product information.
- **Issue Resolution**: Address and resolve customer complaints effectively.
- **Data Entry**: Log customer interactions and update records.
- **Multitasking**: Manage calls and perform administrative tasks simultaneously.
- **Adhere to SLAs**: Meet response time and customer satisfaction targets.
- **Cultural Sensitivity**: Interact professionally with diverse customers.
- **Quality Assurance**: Maintain high call quality and customer service standards.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Highly motivated to deliver excellent customer service.
- should possess skills to work both in team and also perform independently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
