**Job Description: US-Based Inbound Banking Voice Process (Vegas Process)**

**Location**: Sector 60, Noida
**Shift**: Night Shift (Rotational)
**Working Days**: 5 days per week
**Joining Date**: Immediate joiners needed; next batch starts on 9th December
**Cab Facility**: Not provided

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound banking queries for US customers professionally and efficiently.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Follow communication scripts, resolve customer complaints, and escalate unresolved issues as needed.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Education**: Graduates (Freshers welcome) or Undergraduates with:

- 6 months of documented experience in any field OR
- Excellent communication skills in English (fresher undergraduates can also apply).

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.

**Additional Information**:

- Immediate joiners are highly preferred as the next batch starts on 9th December.
