**Job Title**: US Voice Banking Process

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls related to US banking services.
- Assist customers with banking-related queries, account management, and troubleshooting.
- Provide accurate information and guidance to customers regarding products and services.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing prompt and effective solutions.
- Record and update customer information and interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed performance targets for call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand customer queries and provide effective solutions.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to maintain composure in challenging situations.
- Comfortable with working in night shifts.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of banking products and services (preferred but not mandatory).

**Educational Qualifications**:

- Any graduate or undergraduate.

**Experience**:

- 6 months of international voice call center experience (for Rs. 40,000 CTC).
- More than 2 years of international voice experience (for Rs. 45,000 CTC).
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

**Additional Information**:

- 5-day working week (weekends off).
- Night shifts.
