**Title: Customer Service - Voice**

**Job Location**: Noida, Sector 144

**Experience Required**: 1 to 5 Years (Mandate Experience in International Inbound Voice Process)

**Salary**: As per Company standard

**Work Mode**: Work from Office

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that all assigned inbound calls are resolved.
- Helps resolve outstanding issues from previous transactions.
- Take calls from providers/callers.
- Escalates calls to supervisor when transaction closing is delayed, or transaction exceeds contract processing schedule.
- Ensures accurate and timely processing of transactions to meet or exceed client service level agreements.
- Identifies and resolves issues around nonstandard pending transactions.

**Job Requirements**
- Any Graduates
- Excellent Communication (both verbal & written).
- Expertise in customer handling.
- Comfortable in handling inbound voice calls.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
