Job Title**:Customer Support Representative - International Voice & Blended Process**

Location: Noida, sector 60

Employment Type: Full-time

Shifts: Rotational (Including Night Shifts)

Experience: 1-3 years (Freshers can apply)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls for banking process.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer complaints/issues.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy during interactions.
- Follow standard operating procedures and guidelines for quality service.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
- Abiity to handle high-pressure situations and escalations.
- Experience in customer support, voice process, or blended process is a plus.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts and weekends).

**Perks & Benefits**:

- 5 days a week.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
