B-83, Mangolpuri Industrial Area, Ph-2 Delhi-110034 **Location: DELHI.** **Gender - Male / Female** **Preffered - Married** **Office Hours : 09:30am to 06:30pm** **Working Days : Second Saturday off and Sundays are fixed off** **Executive Assistant - Job Description** **Key Responsibilities:Administrative Support**: - Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and organize appointments. - Handle confidential correspondence, reports, and documents. - Maintain records, files, and databases for easy retrieval. **Meeting & Event Coordination**: - Arrange and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes. - Organize business travel, accommodations, and itineraries for the executive team. - Assist in organizing company events, board meetings, and conferences. **Communication & Liaison**: - Act as the first point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders. - Liaise with department heads, clients, vendors, and business partners. - Facilitate smooth communication within the organization and address urgent matters promptly. **Project Management & Reporting**: - Assist with special projects, research, and analysis as assigned. - Monitor deadlines and follow up on pending tasks. - Prepare reports, financial summaries, and data analysis for decision-making. **Office & Process Management**: - Ensure all office operations and administrative procedures run efficiently. - Handle expense reports, reimbursements, and budget tracking. - Maintain office supplies, technology, and other essential business needs. **Required Skills & Qualifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. - **3+ years of experience** as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges. - High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential matters. - Experience in handling travel arrangements, calendar management, and event planning. **Preferred Qualifications**: - Experience in a corporate or healthcare industry (if applicable). * - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. **Working Conditions**: - **Full-time role**, may require flexibility in work hours. - **Hybrid/Remote/In-office work** (depending on company policy). - May involve occasional travel for business meetings and events.
