We are looking for a Real Estate Sales Associate to assist the Management in selling residential apartments in Mumbai.

**Responsibilities**:

- Talk to leads generated through marketing and explain the project details
- Take prospects for site visits while answering all their queries and questions
- Should be able to work full-time on weekends. This will be compensated with paid leave during the week
- Should have excellent presentation and public speaking skills
- Should have the ability to showcase and highlight product strength to customers.
- Should be detail oriented, methodical, and organized.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High on Integrity and trust.
- Having the ability to build relationships with customers, should be pro-active.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent in English, Gujarati and Marathi
- 1-3 years of Real Estate sales experience
- Demonstrable track record in sales
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
