**Job description**

The resource will have the role of Technical Demonstrator of Pastry products using our ingredients at the customer site all over India.

The person will also deal with technical demonstrations to customers and consultancy regarding the products of competence and training activities.

**Responsibilities**: Knowledge of the production of pastry products, Desserts, Milk Shakes& Smoothies using Italian flavour Pastes, Cocoa Powders and Premixes.

Pastry Chef who likes to travel and do the demostartion at the customer for Pan India market

**Commodity knowledge of raw materials and ability to develop them** Experience gained and certified as a Pastry Chef/ confectioner or demonstrator technician.

Good connectivity with the social media,

**Mandatory knowledge of English and Hindi/ Other regional language skills will be a definte plus.** Availability to travel all over India/ ME extensively on short notice. It requires determination, passion and excellent communication skills, customer orientation and interpersonal relationships.

Knowledge on Icecream cakes will be a definite plus. Member of different associations from the same field with excellent contacts with Key Accounts will have a weigtage in selection process.

Please take note that this a Techno Commercial role hence will have a slaes budget to achieve.

**Qualifications**:Bachelors in Hotel Management with min 2-5years of Techno Commercial experience in Production of of Pastry Products.
